The HR office is responsible for pursuing a cohesive and effective approach to FI's supply of skills to ensure that FI has the right competence to achieve the organisation's goals.
HR works operationally and strategically with, for example,

  • continued professional development
  • career and leadership development
  • work environment
  • wellness
  • salary-related matters.
