Summary
The amendments entail that all references to the Certain Consumer Credit-related Operations Act (2014:275) have been removed since this act has been repealed. The older wording of the regulation will still be applied by undertakings that prior to entry into force had authorisation pursuant to this act and that during a transition period will continue to conduct business in accordance with this act.
