The new regulation affects all firms providing indices that are used as benchmarks and the firms that contribute input data to such indices. The regulation affects firms that use the benchmarks if the firms are subject to FI’s supervision.

Report: Prioritised risks related to money laundering, terrorism financing and international sanctions
